Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh is the Deputy Director of Power system Dept. belonged to Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam (ERAV) with 14+ years of experience working in the power sector of Vietnam in the fields of policy maker, technical areas of power system operation, power system development and planning, smart grid, monitoring of demand-supply balance, demand side management and renewable energy development in Vietnam. During more than 14 years working in ERAV, working as an official/expert in policy-making, Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh has many experiences in national/provincial power system planning; development management, energy project management, power supply-demand balance and power system operation monitoring; technical codes development (Grid Code, Distribution Code, metering Code, wind and solar code, etc); smart grid implementation, demand side management, demand side response programs, smart grid implementation, load research, and renewable energy aspects, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh got a Bachelor and Master of Electrical Engineering from the Hanoi University of Technology in 2006 and 2009, a Master of Business Administration from Asian Institute of Technology in 2012. From 2016 to present, he was speaker in many events of solar and wind energy in Vietnam and other international countries.
