Lucas is the CEO of Swancor Renewable, a leading Taiwanese offshore wind developer in the industry. Lucas has overseen the development, construction and operations of Formosa 1 and Formosa 2, Taiwan’s first two offshore wind farms. In total, he has 12 years of working experience in wind energy. Currently, Lucas is the Project Director of Formosa 1 and the leader of a team of 95 technical and project management people from Swancor Renewable, Ø rsted, Macquarie’s Green Investment Group and JERA. He leads the Swancor Renewable team to provide services and manage environmental surveys, technical surveys, design, procurement, permits, financing, PPA signing and grid connection in development phase of a project. During the construction phase, Swancor Renewable provides services across technical packages as well as HSE, construction management on-site, contract and interface management. The Company also oversees the preparation of each phase of offshore wind projects, and provide operation and maintenance services for them after commercial operations commence.
